The terms “Bond Street Syndicate Ltd”, “Bond Street Watches”, "Bond Street Fashion", “us”, “we” or “our” may be used interchangeably on this website and refers to the owner of this website and company.
The term “you” or “your” refers to individuals using and viewing this website and also to any purchaser, customer and consumer of Bond Street Syndicate Ltd products. The term “product” refers to any item for sale on this website www.bondstreetfashion.com. Our registered UK Company Number is 10796813.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order on www.bondstreetfashion.com you will receive an initial automated response e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. It is important that the e-mail address provided is accurate as it will facilitate any contact with our customer service department in the future. This automated response e-mail does not constitute proof of purchase.

Once your order has been accepted, it will be dispatched and you will receive an acceptance e-mail. This e-mail will include an order reference number, details of your order and acts as proof of purchase. This e-mail must be retained by you to in order to facilitate any future returns, complaints or correspondence.
Bond Street Syndicate Ltd has the discretion to refuse to accept orders. For example, if we cannot authorise payment or if the product you have ordered is out of stock/unavailable.

PRODUCT AND PRICING
Bond Street Syndicate Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices, offers, product pictures and product information without notice. Although pictures on our website reflect the appearance of our products as much as possible, these may differ depending on the colour settings and display quality on your computer or electronic device.
 
PRODUCT USE
As a customer of Bond Street Syndicate Ltd you agree to use our products for domestic and private use only. Furthermore, you agree not to use the products for any commercial, business or resale purposes.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by American Express, Maestro debit cards, MasterCard, PayPal and Visa, as well as other methods advertised on our website at the time of checkout. All credit/debit card/payment details being used to place an order must be your own or you must be authorised by the owner of such information to use it.  
If no payment is received once an order has been placed or if payment is not authorised, Bond Street Syndicate Ltd will automatically cancel the order.
Bond Street Syndicate Ltd reserves the right to full title of the products until full payment is received.
 
PROMO CODES
When using a promotional code it must be entered at the checkout stage of an order. Promotional codes will not be honoured once an order has been made. Promotional codes are restricted to one per order.
 
LIABILITY
Bond Street Syndicate Ltd has limited liability for error/damage/defects that arise in connection with delivery and will only be liable to the extent of the product’s condition upon delivery.

It is your responsibility to examine the product after delivery to check that it is not damaged. If your product is damaged in transit, this must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. You must also report the damage to our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery. You will not be entitled to return the product unless any damage/defects are reported within 24 hours of receipt.
The total extent of our liability to you for damages shall not exceed in aggregate the amount paid by you to Bond Street Syndicate Ltd for our products and services.
 
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When placing an order in another person’s name, you must obtain consent from the individual concerned. Failure to do so will result in a report to the authorities. Any fraudulent activity will also be reported to the authorities. Bond Street Syndicate Ltd holds the right to cancel such orders when suspicions are raised.
 
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so immediately after placing the order. To cancel an order please contact our customer service department who will provide approval of the cancellation if possible.
 
Once an order has been processed and you have received a confirmation e-mail, your order will be dispatched, and you are not entitled to cancel the order. You must receive the order and return if necessary.

Bond Street Syndicate Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders at any time and refund the amount paid by you.
 
As a customer you will be responsible to meet any costs incurred from orders that are not collected from the post office/courier depot or where delivery is rejected by you. Bond Street Syndicate Ltd has the right to charge you for these costs, which will be invoiced to you via e-mail and must be paid within 7 working days. Failure to make payment will give rise to legal action to recover these costs.
 
VAT, CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES (TAXES)
Local tax regulations may apply to your order upon arrival in your stated delivery location. Please note that any import duty, customs or VAT fees and charges are subject to your local border control/customs office and Bond Street Syndicate Ltd do not meet these costs.
 
For orders inside the EU - VAT is applied to the invoice; for orders outside the EU - VAT is not included in the price shown on the invoice.

We are unable to determine the costs attached to each customer’s order. For more information please contact your local border control/customs office.
 
WARRANTY (Watches)
Bond Street Syndicate Ltd guarantees its products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects to the watch itself.
 
This warranty does not cover the following:-
1. Damages and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the warranty period.
2. Damages and/or malfunctioning of the watch caused by unauthorised persons or representatives.
3. Damages to the crown, crystal, strap or buckle of the watch.
4. The battery for the quartz movement.
 
Any expenses for postage, insurance, and non-repair activities are excluded from this warranty.
 
The confirmation email sent to customers following purchase from this website will be required for proof of purchase, so please retain this information.

If a product adheres to the standards of this warranty, following return a repair will be carried out or a replacement will be issued. In the event of repair, Bond Street Syndicate Ltd has the right to replace the case, dial, hands, crystal, strap, watchband or other parts with substitutes if the originals are not available. In the event of replacement, if the original product is not available the customer may choose a watch of the same value as their replacement from the range of watches available for purchase on www.bondstreetfashion.com, but no cash refund will be given unless returned within 21 days of purchase and in full compliance with the requirements stated in the ‘Returns’ section.  
 
RETURNS
Any purchase made on our website ‘www.bondstreetfashion.com’ can be returned up to 21 days from receipt. The product(s) being returned must be unused, in the original sale condition, in the original packaging and with the plastic stopper in place (if applicable). Proof of purchase will be required for all returns. We do not accept returns for products purchased from third parties.
All returns must be processed by contacting our Customer Service Department at info@bondstreetwatches.com, quoting the order number and email address used for the purchase. The return address will be provided within the return confirmation email. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible.
Note: for watches purchases, removal of the plastic stopper voids any refund during the 21 day exchange period unless the product adheres to the warranty guidelines.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange policy for our products. We kindly ask that you return the original product and purchase a new product at your own convenience.
All shipping and delivery costs for returns will be paid by the customer.

Bond Street Syndicate LTD  does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

If you are shipping/sending an item, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DELIVERY
Bond Street Syndicate Ltd offers free worldwide shipping (some countries subject to exclusion, for more information please contact info@bondstreetwatches.com). Delivery is made by selected carriers who strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, however this service may experience delay from time to time. If goods are lost or damaged during transit, the carrier and customer will be liable and not Bond Street Syndicate Ltd.
 
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be made with our customer service department via e-mail, sent from the e-mail address used when placing the order and detailing: your full name, order reference number and reason for complaint.
 
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions of use, together with all Bond Street Syndicate Ltd policies and procedures, are governed and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms and conditions of use.
 
Bond Street Syndicate Ltd reserves the right to prosecute any user, customer, consumer or purchaser in breach of these terms and conditions of use at their place of residence.
